Dancing isn’t simply a skill that you learn, it’s a language. Dancing is a way to communicate, a way to spend quality time with people, and a way to express and exercise your entire being— mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re dancing with a group of strangers that you befriend by the end of the night, or spending quality time with the one you love, it truly takes at least two to tango. This means you will succeed together, learn together, move together, and begin to communicate with one another without words. It is in our nature to dance when we’re happy, I believe the inverse is true—when we dance, we become happy.”
